Easy and Fast Bacon Fried Rice

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large wok or high sided skillet, cook bacon over medium high heat until done.
  2. Remove bacon from pan with a slotted spoon and set aside to drain on paper towels.
  3. Add green onion to bacon grease and cook until tender and slightly translucent.
  4. Add rice to pan and cook until rice is very lightly brown and cooked throughout.
  5. Push rice to the sides and add egg into center of pan.
  6. Quickly scramble cook eggs.
  7. Push rice back into center of pan and mix all thoroughly.
  8. Season with soy sauce to taste.
