Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs together with a whisk in a large bowl. Add the ground meat and mix it in so that there are few lumps of meat. Add 1/4 tsp of salt, then continue mixing to separate all lumps of meat. When the meat has as little lumps as possible, add 1/4 tsp of cooking wine and 1/16 tsp of sugar.
  2. Fill a pot halfway with water and put the bowl with the egg/meat mixture inside into the pot of water. Set the temperature to a high setting and wait for the water to boil. When the water is boiling, turn the temperature to a low setting and continue steaming the egg/meat mixture until you see the eggs start to solidify. When you think it looks solid, poke it with a knife or chop stick. If any uncooked egg comes up then you know it isn't done and may need a little while longer. Don't rush it, it'll take a while to cook.
  3. It's easy and when you know that it's done, you can just serve it right out of the bowl!
