Easy Coconut Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 9 inch shallow unbaked pie shell
  • 1 tbsp flour (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Pour into pie shell.
  3. Bake 350 degrees F for 50 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  4. I use the flour to assure that the pie sets good, but it is not required.
