Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Fry or bake onion rings until extra crispy.
  3. Cool and finely chop; set aside.
  4. In large skillet, heat oil, brown pork chops and drain.
  5. Sprinkle chops with seasoned salt and set aside.
  6. In large bowl combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt.
  7. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, chopped onions and half of the chopped onion Rings.
  8. Spoon mixture into 9x13-inch dish.
  9. Arrange chops on top.
  10. Bake covered for 35 to 40 minutes until chops are done.
  11. Top with cheese and remaining chopped onion rings.
  12. Bake 5 minutes.
