Pork Chops in Peach and Ginger Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease a shallow baking dish large enough to hold the chops.
  2. Season the chops with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl stir together the jam, ginger, wine vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour this mixture over the chops and let them marinate for 1 hour.
  5. During this time, turn them once and spoon the sauce over the top.
  6. Cover the baking dish and bake the chops, in marinade for 25 minutes.
