Pork Chops in Orange-pineapple Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and paprika.
  2. Melt margarine in skillet, on medium heat; brown pork chops in margarine.
  3. Remove from skillet.
  4. Stir flour, 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, ginger, and sugar into margarine mixture in skillet; mix until smooth.
  5. Add orange juice, water, and pineapple juice slowly; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Add hot sauce and pork chops; cover, simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Add orange slices; cover.
  8. Simmer for 15 minutes longer.
  9. Serve over rice.
  10. Spread pineapple chunks over pork chops and remaining sauce.
