Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, rice, salt and pepper, green pepper, onion, and 1/2 cup water.
  3. Form 1 1/2 balls and place in ungreased 2 quart shallow baking dish.
  4. Mix 1 1/2 cups water and soup in another bowl and pour over meatballs.
  5. Cover dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake another 15-20 minutes.
