Poppy Seed Dressing for Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2-1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp poppy seeds

Directions:

  1. In blender, mix first four ingredients until smooth.
  2. Turning blender on high, add the oil in a slow, steady stream. Blend until thick and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a container and stil in the poppy seed.
  4. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
