Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a mixer bowl, beat eggs; add sugar and oil.
  2. Beat well.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
  4. Add flour mixture to egg mixture alternately with evaporated milk.
  5. Mix in poppy seeds.
  6. Pour batter into a greased angel food cake pan.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
