Ingredients:

  1. In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Combine the eggs, egg whites and milk; whisk into the dry ingredients just until blended.
  2. Pour into a 10-inch ovenproof skillet coated with butter-flavored non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F (do not open oven door). Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until deep golden brown (do not under bake).
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk the orange juice, pudding mix and apple pie spice. Stir in apples and cranberries. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring once. Cover and cook 3-4 minutes longer or until apples are tender; stirring once.
  5. Spoon hot apple mixture onto crust. Sprinkle with walnuts. Dust with confectioner's sugar and serve immediately.
