Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Mix cajun and flour in a small bowl. Dip in eggs then flour mixture piece by piece. Wait for oil and check with a piece of dough to see if it's ready. 3-4 minutes flip the chicken over. Use papertowels to dab out grease. Much healthier to use olive oil,whole wheat flour. Its very good Enjoy.
