Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed nuts
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Toss nuts with melted butter.
  2. Pour onto baking sheets in single layer.
  3. Bake 325 degrees for 15-20 min, stirring every 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, combine the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Immediately upon pulling nuts from oven, sprinkle mixture evenly over nuts.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Cool and bag.
