Polly's Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, break up cauliflower, broccoli and bacon into pieces.
  2. Cut onion into slices, separate into rings and add to bowl.
  3. Mix up all other ingredients to make dressing: oil, vinegar, mustard, and mayonnaise and salt.
  4. Pour dressing over contents in bowl, stir a few times.
  5. Cover and let set overnight in fridge to let flavors combine.
  6. Enjoy!
