Poached Meatballs With Lemon Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rye breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp cold water

Directions:

  1. Combine meat, bread crumbs and egg. form meatballs. bring water to boil and add bouillon, stir until cubes dissolve. drop meatball in water and simmer for 10 minutes add remaining ingredients and simmer until sauce thickens.
