Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add the Bisquick, and Italian seasoning to a large mixing bowl; stir to combine.
  2. In a smaller bowl, add the eggs and milk; whisk to combine.
  3. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients; stir until just moistened (do not overmix).
  4. Gently fold in the cheese, pepperoni, tomatoes, and green pepper.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a lightly greased griddle or skillet.
  6. Turn when tops of pancakes are covered with bubbles.
  7. Cook until other side is golden brown.
  8. Serve with warmed pizza sauce.
