Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown and drain ground beef. Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings. (Mixture will be thick). Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides. Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into a biscuit-lined cups and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 cups
