Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 (10 oz) can pillsbury pastry dough

Directions:

  1. Brown meat and drain.
  2. Stir in tomato paste, onion, and seasonings. Mixture is thick.
  3. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Place biscuits in greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
  5. Spoon 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit cups and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes or until browned.
