  1. Heat Over to 500 degrees
  2. Spread tomato sauce onto pita
  3. Slice mozarella and add 3/4 to sauced side of pita
  4. Add mushroom slices and spinach and rest of cheese
  5. Put in oven for about 10 minutes - until cheese is thoroughly melted
