Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Carefully open pita bread halves and spread hot and sweet mustard on one side. Use one slice of provolone cheese for each half. I found that cutting the provolone slices made them fit better in the pita. Add generous amount of Hungarian Salami slices (I like it sliced very thin). Insert tomato and onion slices. Brush lightly with olive oil and place on panini grill for approximately 3-4 minutes.
