Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Place the first 6 ingredients in a mixer and beat according to cake mix directions.
  2. Pour into 2 greased 8 x 4 or 9 x 5 inch loaf pans.
  3. Combine last 3 ingredients and sprinkle over batter.
  4. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes or when toothpick is clean.
