  1. Bring the stock to a boil and add the rice.
  2. Once the liquid starts to boil again add the nuts and butter.
  3. Cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Let the rice sit after removing it from heat for at 10-20 minutes and then serve it up!
