Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Partially cook the bacon to reduce fat (it should be limp, not crispy at this point) Wrap each pineapple chunk with a piece of bacon and secure with a wooden pick.
  2. Place in a shallow baking pan.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients in a blender or shaker until throughly mixed.
  4. Pour over pineapple/bacon skewers.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and marinade in refrigerator for 1 to 8 hours.
  6. Bake in preheated 400F oven until bacon is crispy 5-10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
