Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 1 (3 oz) box jello regular raspberry gelatin powder (not sugar free)

Directions:

  1. Directions or Method.
  2. Mix the dry gelatin powder with the thawed cool whip.
  3. Add the cottage cheese to the mixture and mix well.
  4. Drain the pineapple chunks in a sieve and add to the mixture and chill.
