Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. MIX cream cheese and add pineapple, pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.
  2. Mix and form into ball.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve with crackers.
  5. NOTE: Have used no-fat or low fat cream cheese successfully.
  6. Will not form ball, but makes a creamy spread.
