Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Drain pineapple and mix with above ingredients.
  2. Crush 30 Ritz crackers and put on top.
  3. Add 1/2 stick melted butter or oleo.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
