Ingredients:

  • 1-8 oz package. of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
  • 3 1/2 cups cool whip
  • 1-9 inch graham cracker crumb pie shell

Directions:

  1. Combine cream cheese, sugar, milk, pineapple,and the coconut in a blender.
  2. Cover and blend on medium speed for 1 minute or until combined
  3. Fold mixture into the cool whip and mix gently to combine
  4. Spoon mixture into graham cracker crust
  5. Place in freezer for about 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Slice and serve
