Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Cut bacon strips in half.
  4. Wrap the little smokies with the halved bacon pieces and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Place brown sugar in a shallow bowl or pie plate.
  6. Drege smokies in brown sugar.
  7. Place smoky/bacon bundles on greased broiler pan.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining sugar.
  9. Broil until bacon is done and sugar has caramelized.
  10. Now, get ready to elbow everyone out of your way :).
