Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 350
  2. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 Pan
  3. In a Large Bowl, Beat butter on Medium High for 30 Seconds .
  4. Add Sugar & Beat until combined, scraping sides of bowl often.
  5. Beat in Eggs & Vanilla Extract
  6. Beat in Flour & Cocoa until Combined
  7. Stir in Nuts
  8. Spread in Pan & Bake for 30 Minutes
  9. Coconut Layer: In Small Bowl Combine Condensed Milk & Coconut.
  10. Spread over Chocolate Layer. Return to Oven & Bake 15 to 20 Minutes or until Topping is Golden Brown around Edges.
  11. Cool in Pan on Wire Rack.
  12. Spread Cocoa Icing over Cooled Bars:
  13. Mix 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  14. 1/4 Cup Cocoa
  15. 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
  16. Enough Milk (3 to 4 Tablespoons) to make Spreadable
  17. Makes 32 Bars
