Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh lemon juice (about 24 lemons)
  • 1 3/4-2 cups sugar (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Stir together lemon juice, sugar and water (enough to make 1 gallon), stirring until sugar dissolves.
  2. Pack into jugs or decanters.
