Phils Ricotta Cheese Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs in bowl; add vanilla, lemon, orange juice. Add sugar. Add to ricotta, add flour and mix well. Pour into pie crusts
  2. Bake at 325 for 1-1 1/2 hours
  3. This recipe really makes 4 full pies and 1 half pie, take some from the 4 pies to make a complete 5th.
  4. Optional: you can add some chocolate chunks or chips to pie. I don't do this but I know some have.
