Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Add lime juice and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add mango, peeled and cut in 10 slices.
  4. Add banana, sliced.
  5. Cook about 2 minutes on each side until heated thru and slightly soft.
  6. Add orange liqueur and brandy and flambe.
  7. Garnish with coconut.
  8. Serve immediately with ice cream or yoghurt.
