Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup melted butter
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup crushed bananas
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix butter and sugar in large bowl. Beat in eggs. Add banana, flour, salt, baking powder, vanilla and milk.
  3. Blend until cake mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
  6. Top with vanilla icing if you like! Yum!
