Pesto Goat Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 3 -6 oz goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce (+/- depending on how much you want)

Directions:

  1. Spread the desired amount of goat cheese into a shallow dish.
  2. Spread pesto over the top- just enough to coat it nicely.
  3. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
  4. Heat in 350 degree oven or microwave until heated through.
  5. Serve with crackers (Carrs are the best.).
