  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place bread on a baking sheet; broil 1 minute or until toasted.
  3. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise mixture on untoasted side of each bread slice. Place slices on baking sheet; broil 4 minutes or until the cheese and edges of bread are browned.
