Persimmon Black Walnut Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup persimmon pulp
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour , plus
  • 6 tsp flour
  • 2/3 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Blend dry ingreduents together, add butter milk and persimmon pulp.
  2. Mix well, add egg and walnuts.
  3. Pour into greased 8x8 inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 35 min or until test done.
