Pecan Topped Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together pumpkin, melted butter, milk, vanilla and beaten eggs.
  3. Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar.
  4. Grease muffin pans, or use baking cups.
  5. Pour batter into each muffin pans.
  6. Top each muffin with a pecan half.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, allow to cool before serving.
