Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In greased 2-quart casserole dish combine dry potatoes and sauce mix; set aside.
  3. In small saucepan combine undrained tomatoes, water, basil, oregano and red pepper flakes.
  4. Bring to boiling.
  5. Pour tomato mixture over potato mixture and stir. Top with pepperoni slices.
  6. Sprinkle with cheeses.
  7. Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender
