Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil & add pepperoni, cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
  3. Turn heat to low & simmer covered for approx 30 mins or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Turn heat to high and toss potatoes around for a few minutes to crisp.
