Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. Sautee onion, garlic and bell peppers in olive oil for at least a minute in a large frying pan or dutch oven.
  3. Break up sausage and add to frying pan.
  4. Cook until no longer pink.
  5. Add the mushrooms.
  6. Cook until softened slightly.
  7. Add the black olives.
  8. Add the plum tomatoes and pasta sauce.
  9. Add some Italian herbs if you wish.
  10. Cook until heated through.
  11. Add the pasta.
  12. Stir well.
  13. Put half the pasta mixture into a large casserole dish.
  14. Then sprinkle half of the cheeses.
  15. Put in remaining pasta mixture and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  16. If you wish sprinkle some Italian herbs on top of the cheese.
  17. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
