Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Nuts may be either pecans or walnuts.
  3. To make crusts: Cream butter and cream cheese.
  4. Add flour and mix until dough comes away from edges of bowl.
  5. Make 1 balls and press into a greased mini-muffin tin (making indentation for filling).
  6. To make filling: Beat sugar into eggs.
  7. Add vanilla.
  8. Stir in nuts.
  9. Spoon into shells, filling no more than 3/4 each (filling will rise during baking).
  10. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
