Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mash bananas and pears in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients until creamed together.
  4. Stir in the fruit mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for an hour and half.
  7. Let cool for at least 10 minutes so it doesn't fall apart (it solidifies more with time).
