Peanut Butter Sheet Cake With Icing

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 20 mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cake:.
  2. Mix together in a bowl, flour, sugar, soda and salt.
  3. In a saucepan bring oil, margarine, peanut butter and water to a boil. Pour over dry ingredients and mix.
  4. In a bowl beat eggs, vanilla, and milk. Add to mixture and mix. Pour in a greased and floured 11x15x1-inch sheet cake pan.
  5. Bake on 350 for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Frosting:
  7. Boil milk, sugar and margarine. Cooking 2 minutes. Add peanut butter chips, marshmallows, vanilla and peanuts. Blend until melted.
  8. Spread on warm cake.
