Ingredients:

  • 2 slices sto'-bought bread (my mother used roman meal which may or may not have been whole-grain, but it looked healthier than)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (pronounced my-naze down here)
  • potato chip, handful crushed (mom used lay's back then, but as an educated gourmet i now prefer kettle chips or zapp's)
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Don't toast the bread or fool with it in any way. Spread the peanut butter on each slice first, then slap on the mayonnaise. Arrange the nanner slices, drizzle the hunny, and sprinkle on the tater chips. Put the slices together, wrap it in a napkin (hunny is bad to drip) and enjoy!
