Peanut Butter Granola Logs-no bake

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chip
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (you may need more)

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl stir together the peanut butter and honey until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips, then the granola.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Take 1 heaping T.
  5. Of the peanut butter granola mixture and using your hands,form into a 2 inch log.
  6. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  7. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.
  8. In the top of a double broiler melt the chocolate.
  9. Place the chopped nuts in a bowl.
  10. Dip each peanut butter granola log into the chocolate, then the nuts.
  11. Repeat until all the logs are dipped.
  12. Refrigerate to set chocolate.
  13. Options-use white chocolate and dip logs into chopped green and red pistachos for the holidays.
  14. For nut alergies-other than peanuts-dip into sprinkles.
