Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine butter and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl, creaming well.
  2. Add sugar, and beat well; add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. Gradually add flour, and beat well.
  4. Cover dough tightly, and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  5. Shape dough into 1 inch balls; roll each in corn flake crumbs.
  6. Press one peanut in center of each.
  7. Place on a greased cookie sheet; bake at 350° for 12 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned.
  8. Yield: about 5 dozen.
