Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Loaves

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray two loaf pans with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. Sift together dry ingredients. Set aside.
  4. Cream together butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Beat until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs.
  5. Beat in vanilla and buttermilk.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients. Beat on low speed.
  7. Stir in chocolate chips. Divide batter between the two prepared loaf pans.
  8. Bake 45 minutes or until done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely.
