Oatmeal Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Bars

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch cake pan.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugars, and eggs.
  6. Beat until creamy.
  7. Blend in four mixture and oats.
  8. Pour in 3/4 cups of butterscotch chips and 3/4 cups chocolate chips.
  9. Spread batter into cake pan.
  10. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
  11. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  12. Let cool and cut into bars.
