Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Put paper cupcake liners in 6 muffin cups and set the muffin pan aside.
  3. Mix peanut butter, butter, sugar in a bowl and blend for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Then add egg and vanilla extract and beat for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the flour and milk and beat until well blended.
  6. Spoon batter to the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 20 mins or until well risen.
  8. Turn on to a wire wack to cool.
