Peanut Butter Brownie Bites

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Spread in a greased brownie pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup of the peanut butter, milk and egg yolk until smooth. Put in a ziploc baggie, cut out a corner and pipe over batter.
  4. Bake 30 minutes.
  5. While the brownies are cooling, mix remaining peanut butter with the chocolate frosting. When brownies are entirely cool (it takes about an hour) spread frosting on top.
  6. Cut into 2x2 in squares and serve.
