Peanut Butter Bread (Paula Deen)

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine dry ingredients. Add milk and peanut butter. Pour into a greased 8 by 4 by 3-inch loaf pan. Bake for approximately 50 minutes. Serve with your favorite jam.
